What this site collects
jugodefatuo is a static portfolio. There are no contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, or analytics scripts on this site.
If you email us, we receive only what you choose to send (address, message content, attachments).
Local storage
The optional site soundtrack stores your mute preference in the browser (localStorage key: audio-muted). This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Third-party content
Some pages embed or load content from third parties: YouTube, Instagram, SoundCloud, Bandcamp, Google Fonts, and media hosted on Cloudflare R2.
When you play an embed or load a font, those providers may process technical data (IP address, device/browser info, cookies or similar identifiers) under their own policies. We do not control that processing.
The site is delivered through Cloudflare Pages, which handles HTTPS, caching, and basic security headers on our behalf.
Legal basis and your rights
Where EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interest to operate and secure this portfolio, and on your consent when you contact us or interact with optional features (e.g. unmuting audio or playing embeds).
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we hold from direct contact, or object to processing where applicable. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Changes
We may update this notice when the site changes. The date above reflects the latest revision.
